Seasonal whole food package including all meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), snack and juice/smoothie prepared, cooked and delivered to your door.

This is not a cleanse, weight loss programme and meals are not calorie counted. Nourishment packages are about increasing the variety and abundance of nutrients in your diets and enjoying the simplicity of natural, seasonal whole foods with the added health benefits.

The Nourishment Package will be solely plant based so that it is accessible to many. If you wish to add dairy, fish or meat alongside the prepared dishes you are more than welcome. The menu does contain nuts and food is made in an environment where nuts are used.

​

Free delivery within 6 mile radius of IP32 or you can arrange to collect. Your Nourishment Packages will be delivered on the Sunday (8th) evening, ready to start on the Monday (9th). Please make sure somebody is home to receive and refrigerate the food.
