We want to prepare as best we can for the arrival of our baby, and honestly the best way to do this is to nurture ourselves and understand the changing needs of our physical a mental health at this time.

All new clients start with an initial consultation in person or via Zoom. This takes around 90 minutes, in this time we discuss your current health, medical history, lifestyle & medications. It is a space to discuss your personal health needs. Prior to this appointment you will have already filled in a in-depth health questionnaire. So we can really use this consultation to focus on moving you forward.
Following this you will receive;
Nutrition & Lifestyle advice tailored to your needs. A non-diet approach, with small changes which are sustainable and manageable for where you currently are.
Bespoke supplement recommendations if required.
Diagnostic testing recommendations if appropriate.
Nutritional knowledge, based on science that will equip you to live a healthier life.
Coaching, motivation, accountability and support throughout, via email.
Personalised recipes if required.
Initial Consultation £165
After this you can book a follow up consultation. This is where we review what has worked for you, what needs to be amended and we build on the progress you have made while also introducing new recommendations if needed. Having this space to reflect and readjust is really valuable and often where most change happens. This appointment may be needed fortnightly or you may feel we need to check in every month or six weeks. It’s really down to each individuals needs.

A clear plan to incorporate, until we next meet.
Amendments to your supplement plan, if needed.
